OsteoStrong Australia faced a critical challenge: their existing website, directly ported from the US, featured a look and feel that failed to resonate with the Australian audience. This resulted in low user engagement despite the valuable service offered. The goal was to execute a complete website redesign that not only maintained the core global branding but critically adapted its aesthetics and usability to better connect with the specific needs and preferences of their Australian clientele – primarily elderly individuals and those focused on improving bone health.

To address this, our agency undertook a comprehensive redesign while meticulously preserving OsteoStrong's core branding elements. A crucial step involved direct engagement and testing with current Australian OsteoStrong clients, gaining invaluable insights into their preferences and pain points. Based on this user feedback, I implemented a design strategy featuring clean backgrounds, a prominent and strategic use of the brand's yellow alongside less dominant black, and significantly larger, more legible font sizes. This user-centric approach ensured the new site was not only visually appealing but also highly accessible and engaging for its target demographic. The redesigned website successfully transformed user engagement for OsteoStrong Australia, providing a welcoming, easy-to-navigate platform that genuinely connects with its local audience and effectively communicates its health benefits.
